ANNA’s new, improved cashback

How does it work?

First of all you need to make sure you have ANNA’s new card (it’s the one with the lucky waving cat on it). If you haven’t got that card, you can order one now by typing ‘new card’ in chat.

Once you’ve got your new card, just type ‘cashback’ to see the latest cashback offers. Unlike our old cashback offer, you won’t have to choose categories – just use the offers that work best for you.

What offers are available?

Offers will be for both online and in-person stores, and they’ll change all the time. The in-store offers may be time-based, so it’s worth checking before you pop out! Just type ‘cashback’ in the ANNA app to see the list of offers. For example, at the time of publishing this blog post, you can get 3% cashback at DHL. Ker-ching!

When do I get my cashback?

As soon as we get the cashback from the retailers, we’ll let you know that it’s due, and we’ll pay all cashback into your account on a weekly basis.

In the ANNA app you can check the running total of cashback you’ve earned, as well as any cashback that’s due but hasn’t yet arrived in your ANNA account.

What else can I do with my new card?

We’ve got great cashback discounts on travel. To see these, just type ‘travel’ in chat.

We’ve also got a great offer for March. You’ll get 2% cashback on all business purchases made with your new ANNA card at Uber, Amazon, Google and Pret a Manger. So treat yourself to that extra sandwich before March ends.

It doesn’t stop there. Between March and May, you get a month free of your ANNA business account on the Business tariff for every month that you spend £1000 on your new ANNA card. So if you spend £1000 in each of March, April and May, that’s 3 free months of the business account!

The card also has the potential for credit facilities, which we’re working on, so you’ll have the option to sign up for these in the future. But don’t worry – the credit facilities are opt-in services, so you’ll only get access to them if you ask for them, and are approved.
