ANNA Money Named One of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026

You’ll usually find us sharing accolades on our blog that recognise our continued growth as a business, our cutting edge tech or how we make life easier for our customers. But today it’s a bit different – we’ve been recognised in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 list, celebrating organisations with the highest levels of employee experience and workplace happiness across the UK.

Why it’s so important to us
We couldn’t be prouder because we know that our thousands of happy customers are down to the amazing team that powers ANNA behind the scenes – from the 24/7 support team in Cardiff to the engineers who build the AI that gets your taxes done automatically to the operations and admin teams – who make it all possible.
Check out our scores!
It’s a bit like getting a glowing school report, so please allow us to dazzle you with our marks. ANNA, which has 143 UK employees and offices in London and Cardiff, achieved an average engagement score of 82% – rated “excellent” and 7% above the average for the financial services sector. Whoop!
How the employee survey works
The survey measures organisations across six core dimensions of employee experience. ANNA scored highly across all categories, including Empowerment (85%), Job Satisfaction (83%), Wellbeing (83%), Reward & Recognition (81%), Information Sharing (81%) and Instilling Pride (81%). All of these areas are linked to stronger employee retention, productivity and organisational performance.
The recognition reflects ANNA’s continued commitment to creating a supportive, high-performing and collaborative workplace so employees can develop and thrive as the company continues to grow.
What our CEOs say about it
“A lot of what we do at ANNA is about making our customers happy, but we can’t do that without a happy team,” says co-CEO Eduard Panteleev, of ANNA Money. “We offer our staff lots of perks, but I don’t think that’s the main reason why people love working at ANNA – it’s because they’re given the freedom to create, to take ownership of projects and to see the real-life results of their efforts.”
Co-CEO Boris Diakonov adds, “Every day our teams make a real difference in how transformative our product and service is for our clients – we’re literally adding new features and iterating existing products every week – I think this keeps us all energised, challenged and on our toes. The chocolate biscuits in the pantry also help with morale I am sure! Knowing our teams feel supported, empowered and happy in their work is so important to Eduard and me, and we’re incredibly proud to receive this recognition from The Sunday Times.”
