Just launched: new ANNA chat

Chat is the heart of ANNA. It's where you ask questions, share receipts and files, and get your business admin done. When you asked for chat improvements, rather than patch it up we decided to build it again from the ground up.

An easier, smoother experience

This new chat has been built from scratch by our engineers. That means the glitches you reported (tricky buttons, failed reloads, delays) are gone.

Complete chat, on the web

For the first time, ANNA chat is fully available on the web as well as in the app. So whether you're at your desk or on the move, the same chat is there when you need it.

Tap + for everything

On your new chat you’ll find everything you need in one place. We've removed the thunderbolt and the add picture buttons and replaced it with a single + icon, next to the message field where attachments used to live.

Easier attachments

From the easy-to-navigate + icon, you can attach every file you need from one menu:

• Camera to choose photos
• Images to pick from your gallery
• Files to upload documents

Quick actions haven’t gone anywhere

We’ve kept quick actions in the same place, listed under Camera, Images and Files so you’re not stuck searching. And now you can attach multiple files to a single message. Got a handful of receipts or a batch of documents to upload? Add them all at once instead of one message at a time.

Continued improvements
