Becoming an ANNA Introducer

Updated:  · 4 min read

Did you know ANNA has an introducer programme? It lets you refer businesses and sole traders to ANNA – and get paid for it. Once you've registered as an ANNA Introducer, you can earn up to £200 for every limited company you bring on board, plus rewards for sole traders, free company formations and Auto Accountant subscriptions. Here's how it works.

Phone ANNA app with a credit card
Open a business account with ANNA and get your taxes sorted
With ANNA you get a debit card, automated bookkeeping, a personal payment link, up to 40% cashback and 24/7 customer support

What do I get?

As an ANNA Introducer you:

  • Earn commission on every successful referral – up to £200 per limited company
  • Earn £75–£100 for every free company formation you refer
  • Get to use ANNA products for free
  • Can get started within 10 minutes

We'll also help you sign customers up and send you leads to potential ANNA customers in your area, along with a personalised referral link, a dashboard to track your referrals, training and marketing resources.

How much can I earn?

Your commission depends on what your referral signs up for. Here's the full breakdown:

Business account

  • £130 for every sole trader
  • £175 for every limited company
  • £200 per eligible limited company once you reach 20 or more eligible LTD referrals in a calendar month

Free company formations

  • £75 per qualifying referral
  • £100 per qualifying referral once you reach 20 or more qualifying free formation referrals in a calendar month

Auto Accountant

  • £100 for a Premium plan referral – any Auto Accountant subscription over £20 per month (paid once the customer subscribes, not during a trial period)
  • £50 for a Non-Premium plan referral – the Self Assessment plan at £15 per month (paid once the customer subscribes, not during a trial period)

A referral fee is paid once your referral agrees to join the relevant ANNA service, passes the necessary anti-money laundering checks and, where applicable, deposits at least £20 into their account.

Just one thing to note: only one commission is payable per referred business – whichever qualifying referral happens first. (Business account and free formation referral volumes are counted separately when working out whether you've hit the 20-referral thresholds above.)

What's in it for the people I refer?

The businesses you refer:

  • Get a business account opened in under 10 minutes
  • Can register a company with ANNA – and you can offer them a free company formation
  • Get great features for small businesses, from invoicing to VAT
  • Benefit from genuinely useful products and 24/7 support

How does it work?

ANNA provides business accounts, company formations and tax services to small businesses, sole traders and freelancers. Business accounts can be opened in under 10 minutes and come with a Mastercard debit card (which even miaows when you use it – we love cats). Customers also get invoicing, receipt scanning and payment tools that make running a business that much easier.

There's also Auto Accountant, which helps businesses take control of their paperwork and taxes. It handles everything from your Confirmation Statement to Corporation Tax and VAT, and gives customers a personalised calendar so they never miss a tax deadline.

You refer potential customers through our referral portal and we take care of the rest. We can also provide landing pages if you need them.

Commission is calculated monthly and paid into your account, and we can raise invoices on your behalf – we just need your VAT number if you're VAT registered. You can track the status of every referral in your dashboard.

Once you're approved as an Introducer, you get free access to ANNA's products and can start referring within 10 minutes.
