Bookkeeping Score is part of ANNA +Taxes, which is available to our Limited Company customers, and it was designed to bring customers peace of mind, so that when it’s time for them to file their business accounts there are no nasty surprises.

So, how does it work? ANNA automatically keeps your books tidy by classifying your transactions and matching them to receipts. If everything’s in order, your Bookkeeping Score will be 100. Yay! But sometimes ANNA may not be sure about an expense category or a receipt might be missing from a major transaction (classified as any transaction over £300) If this happens, your Bookkeeping Score will drop a point or two and ANNA will nudge you to take action.

Then all you have to do is double-check that a transaction has been assigned the appropriate category or that a receipt has been attached. Then your Bookkeeping Score will whizz back up to 100. Hooray! 🎉 It’s quick, simple and easy.

Even better, in some cases, Bookkeeping Score can even identify potential tax savings, which means more money in your account. Ker-ching!

Where to find your Business Score

You can access your Bookkeeping score from the ANNA mobile app – just login and go to the Briefcase section or type ‘Tidy my books’ into the chat.
