Refund policy

Important information you need to know
Our commitment to providing our clients with exceptional company formation services includes a transparent and fair approach to refunds. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for services purchased during the company registration process.

As set out in our terms and conditions at https://anna.money/terms-formations/, it is acknowledged that you are a business customer, buying and using our services wholly or mainly for use in connection with your trade, business, craft or profession, even if you are an individual.

The policy applies to all services that we may provide to our clients pursuant to our terms and conditions at https://anna.money/terms-formations/.
1. Services provided with company registration
  1. Non-refundable services
  2. The company registration services offered and paid for as part of the company registration process, under our terms and conditions at https://anna.money/terms-formations/ are deemed to have been provided at the point of purchase and are non-refundable. These services are integral to the registration process and incur immediate costs and resources to deliver. These services are:
  1. Company Registration Services (including same-day registration); and
  2. Web Domain Name Registration.
  1. Subscriptions
  2. For subscription services (such as Virtual Office and other similar subscriptions), the initial fee paid (whether monthly or annually, depending on the selected package) is considered as immediately utilised for the purpose of company registration or the commencement of the service and is therefore non-refundable. Such subscription services are cancellable prior to the renewal of the next billing cycle in accordance with the terms of such subscription.
  3. Other services
  4. For the following services, we offer a 14 day period commencing on the day that such services where purchased whereby our clients have the opportunity to cancel such services during the 14 day period and be entitled to request a refund of any amounts paid in accordance with the Refund Request Process set out below:
  1. VAT Registration;
  2. PAYE Registration;
  3. Confirmation Statement Filing;
  4. Company Cancellation Cover;
  1. Following the end of the 14 day period, the above services cannot be cancelled and are not refundable.
2. Refund request process
  1. For the Other Services set out directly above, you have the right to request a refund of any amounts paid by following the following process:
  1. Refund request period: A refund request for such services must be made within the 14 day period from the date upon which the services are purchased.
  2. Request procedure: To request a refund, you must contact our support team through the designated communication channel provided on our website. The request must include your name, the company name, the service(s) for which a refund is requested, and a brief explanation for the request.
  3. Eligibility: Refund eligibility applies only to services that have not yet been provided. Services that are in progress or have been completed are not eligible for a refund.
  4. Processing: Refund requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 14 business days from the date of request. Refunds will be credited at our discretion to either the original payment method used at the time of purchase or the ANNA account if opened and active after company formation.
  1. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our clients' needs with this policy. However, we also must balance this flexibility with our commitment to delivering high-quality services and managing operational costs. This policy ensures that we can continue to offer competitive and valuable services to our business clients.
  1. Please note that this refund policy is subject to change at our discretion and may be updated to reflect changes in our service offerings or operational procedures. However, any changes to the refund policy will not apply retroactively to purchases made prior to the implementation of such changes. For clients who have already made a purchase, the refund policy in effect at the time of their purchase will apply. This ensures that the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase will be honored. Clients are encouraged to review our terms and conditions regularly to stay informed about their rights and obligations.
