We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Lead Designer to own and elevate the design of ANNA’s acquisition channels. You’ll be responsible for leading the design of high-impact web pages – including our homepage, pricing, product pages, and marketing funnels – with a strong focus on performance, responsiveness, accessibility, and brand differentiation.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, SEO, and development teams to create visually engaging, conversion-optimised content and tools. You’ll also establish scalable design systems, and drive improvements in design workflows. A key part of your role will be aligning user needs with business goals, ensuring every page is both beautiful and effective.
Requirements
- Lead the end-to-end design of high-impact, acquisition-focused web pages (homepage, pricing, funnels, product pages, landing pages).
- Design responsive, mobile-optimised layouts with equal attention to desktop and mobile.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for new website features and tools.
- Establish intuitive information architecture that showcases core product value.
- Design landing pages aligned with campaign goals and optimised for conversion.
- Create interactive, branded tools (e.g. calculators, generators) that demonstrate product value and engage users.
- Transform copy into visually compelling content through dynamic layouts, interactions, and visuals.
- Work within a CMS framework and modular component library, ensuring designs are scalable and maintainable across the site.
- Advocate for user needs in cross-functional settings (marketing, product, SEO, development).
- Mentor and develop junior designers through feedback, 1:1s, and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain a component-based design system including states, breakpoints, and interaction patterns.
- Ensure designs are accessible (WCAG-compliant), performant (especially on mobile), and technically feasible.
- Create designs that clearly differentiate ANNA from competitors while balancing brand expression, conversion optimisation, and SEO.
- Use performance data to iterate and demonstrate the impact of design changes.
- Set up effective design workflows, documentation practices, and quality control processes.
- Balance fast-turnaround requests with longer-term strategic initiatives.
